Sun Property Services have been letting and managing property in the Brighton & Hove area since 1976. Our clients include landlords with a single property, to investment companies with a portfolio of properties. Many landlords are resident overseas and entrust us to care for their property in their absence.

We are an independent Agency which allows the partners to be responsive to your particular requirements and flexible in our approach. Our aim being to deliver a personal professional service with efficiency and integrity.

Our office systems are fully computerised with the financial controls that you would expect from a reputable Agency that adopts industry best practice. Our electronic banking system enables us to make client payments with the minumum of delay

Our code of conduct is defined by our memberships of the National Approved Letting Scheme and the National Association of Estate Agents which includes a Client Money Protection Scheme.
